Please read the following information carefully.
Welcome to the online entry system for Meet #2 of the UQ Sport School Holiday Meets, to be held at the UQ Athletic Centre, St. Lucia on October 6th, 2018
NOTE: Athletes age 12 and above are eligible to compete in this meet.
Entries can be done Online.
[In the Entry Process after selecting whether you are a Male or Female, and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you will go straight to the Payment screen.]
However entries will also be accepted on the day as in previous years. The on line entry system only indicates an intent for the athlete to compete in the meet, and to allow payment for his or her entry fee. Athletes are not able to select the events in which they intend to compete.
Entries submitted via the online system must be paid by credit card at the time of entry. The entry fee is $12.00 per athlete (incl GST) . Payment of entry fee allows an athlete to enter as many events as they chose.
Refunds will not be issued for online entries under any circumstances. All entries are subject to final approval from UQ Athletics Centre.

Close of Entries:
Entries close on Friday 5th October, 2018 at 9:00 am. After this date and time the online entry system will automatically cease operation.
Entries will be accepted on the day of the competition.
There will be no refunds of online entries. No exceptions.
Competition is conducted based on performance levels. Events will be seeded at the start line and field event site.
On the day of competition athletes who have entered on line must report to the Meeting Room in the Grandstand at the UQ Athletic Centre to have their assigned competition number written on the back of their hand for identification at the various event sites. Athletes registering on the day will be assigned a number as they register. When the meet begins athletes will report directly to the events in which they wish to compete.
Jumps & Throws
Where time permits 3 jumps and / or throws are offered to all athletes at this meet.
